In this year’s edition, the Race Office, EXPO and the running town will be located in the Pieniny parking lot in Szczawnica, and the main Start/Finish zone on the Rafters’ Bridge (Most Flisaków) right next to it.

- Can I receive a race package on Saturday?
Yes. On Saturday, it will be possible to collect packages during the opening hours of the Race Office.
- Is it possible to register at the race office just before the race?
Yes, but under certain restrictions:
1. There must be free place on a given distance – the limit is not reached (we have already reached the limit on Wielka Prehyba and Chyża Durbaszka routes, so we do not accept registrations for these routes).
2. We must have free starting numbers and chips, we only produce a certain pool of additional numbers, so if you want to register at the office and be sure that it is possible, write to us in advance at info@pieninyultratrail.pl
3. Importantly, from April 9 we do not provide a full starting package, such as a medal or a map in the package. We order the production of some materials well in advance.
- Can I collect a package for someone else? / Can someone else collect my package for me?
Yes.
To collect the package for another person, you need an Authorization to collect the package signed or sent by the person authorizing you to collect the package.
1. The authorization can be sent by e-mail to the competition office at the following address: info@pieninyultratrail.pl by April 18, 2024. It will be forwarded to the competition office, and on this basis the package will be issued to the person indicated in the authorization. For the e-mail authorization to be valid, it MUST be sent from the e-mail address from which the Participant was registered for the competition. The authorization can also be printed, signed and delivered at the competition office.

- Is there a parking near the Race Office?
Yes, there is a paid parking lot at the Race Office. In Szczawnica and neighboring towns, most parking lots are paid. We encourage you to leave your car at the accommodation and walk to the Race Office or, if you are staying overnight, use the Pieniny Ultra-Trail® bus line.
There are also bicycle and electric scooter rentals in Szczawnica, which you can easily use to get around the town and the surrounding area.
- Is it possible to eat something close to the Race Office?
We encourage to use restaurants and stand of our partners and expo exhibitors:
– Przystań Smaków restaurant, which has prepared a 10% discount for participants during the race, as well as a special addition to the menu, which includes, among others, pasta.
– facilities of our partners: Restauracja pod Kolejką and the Restaurant of the Szczawnica Park Hotel
– food stands in the EXPO zone: Chata Magóry and Vinyl Burger.
