In this year’s edition, the Race Office and EXPO will be located in the Higher Park in Szczawnica near “Dworek Gościnny” and the main Start/Finish zone on the Dietl Square just next to it.

Authorizing someone else to pick up your package:
To authorize someone else to pick up your package, log in to the registration panel and go to the “My Registrations” tab. There, you’ll find the “Add Authorization” button. Simply enter the name, surname, and phone number of the person who will pick up your package. The authorization you enter will be visible immediately in the system; there’s no need to print, sign, or email anything.
For minors:
In order for a minor to be allowed to participate, a declaration must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and presented at the race office upon packet collection. Minors should arrive at the race office with a guardian, e.g., a parent, coach, etc.
Transferring your package to another person:
Until April 17th at 12:00 PM (midday), you can transfer your package to another person via the registration system. Details: https://pieninyultratrail.pl/en/how-to-transfer-or-change-your-registration/
After this deadline, you can still transfer your package to another person, but you must sign a declaration and give it to the person purchasing the package so they can present it at the race office: authorization to collect the package by another person + transfer of the package
