MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:
- bib number (placed on the top in such a way that it is always visible and readable) and the chip;
- a water container to be used on the route and at refreshment points (a cup or a water bottle or flask) with a total capacity of at least 0.5 liters,
- a mobile phone with a battery that works for at least several hours (roaming enabled recommended),
- emergency blanket / NRC foil.
* For the sake of the natural environment, we do not provide plastic cups at the nutritional points.
