  • The basic route starts from Tylmanowa (full green trail), however, due to the construction of the roundabout, it will most likely not be possible, so we present an alternative route starting from Ochotnica Dolna, Ligasy housing estate.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:

  • bib number (placed on the top in such a way that it is always visible and readable) and the chip;
  • a mobile phone with a battery that works for at least several hours (roaming enabled recommended),
  • NRC foil/emergency blanket

We advise putting a flask to the deposit bag for the finish, because there won’t be any disposal cups.
