As every year, we provide accommodation in the gym. There is a limited number of them – 150. The cost of accommodation is 10 PLN.

Rules for using the accommodation in the gym during “Pieniny Ultra-Trail” 2020

3. Opening hours
The gym will be available from Friday, April 24, 2020 from 14:00 to Sunday, April 26, 2020 to 10:00.
4. Rules for using the facility
- persons using sports premises and facilities are obliged to comply with the gym regulations available in the facility;
- the organizer makes available to persons using the accommodation a kettle, tea and coffee;
- persons who, during their stay in the gym, damage equipment or devices in sports rooms and facilities bear material responsibility for damage caused;
- the facility is looked after by volunteers appointed by the organizer;
- the organizer is not responsible for items left in the facility;
- there are toilets and showers on the premise.
5. Limit of space
Due to the limited space and the availability of toilets and showers, the organizer provides the possibility of using the accommodation in the gym for 150 people.
6. Registration
– place reservation is only available to persons taking part in the event;
– reservations should be made via the registration system on the website :pisy.strefaprzygod.pl
7. Accommodation fee
– accommodation fee is PLN 10, regardless of the number of nights;
– the total amount of payments transferred to accommodation will be allocated to supporting and promoting physical education of children and youth in Szczawnica;
– the payment must be made within 5 days of registration from the day following the date of registration;
– in the case of interest exceeding the available limit of places, a reserve list will be created and unpaid applications will be periodically deleted along with expiring payment dates;
– the fee should be paid via the online payment system Przelewy24.pl available after logging into the registration system or by transfer to the organizer’s account:

8. Fee refund
– in case of resignation from the desire to use the accommodation, please inform the organizer by e-mail: zamiy@pieninyultratrail.pl
– in case of resignation by April 10, 2020, the organizer returns 100% of the amount paid minus the cost of the transfer (PLN 1.50) to the account number provided by the registered person;
– resignation at a later date does not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid.
9. Personal data protection
