Lost and Found (L&F)

During races, we sometimes find items of running equipment. To facilitate their quick return, we’ve decided to launch the Lost and Found (L&F) Office.

 

Have you lost something?

If you notice something is missing:

Report it in person to the Race Office (BRZ) or send an email to: info@pieninyultratrail.pl

Describe your item as precisely as possible (color, brand, special features)

For electronic items, unlocking the device may be required to confirm ownership

Leave your contact information – we’ll contact you as soon as your item arrives at the office

 

Have you found anything?

If you find an item on the course or in the race town, bring it to the Lost and Found Coordinator located in the Race Office.

There, it will be added to the lost and found list and await its return.

 

How does the Lost and Found Office work? All items found on the race courses and at refreshment stations:

After the stations or a given route are closed, they are secured and transported to the main warehouse in Szczawnica.

The main warehouse, whenever time and logistical constraints allow, transfers the collected items to the Lost and Found Office located in the Race Office.

All items are recorded and stored for collection.

 

Collecting Items

Items can be returned:

in person – during Race Office opening hours, according to the schedule on the race website.

by mail – after the event (after prior arrangement). We will ship items starting Wednesday after the races.

 

Important!

During the race, priority is given to all organizational activities related to the safe conduct of the event.

Transportation of lost and found items to the Lost and Found Office will be handled whenever time and logistical constraints allow.

However, you can always report a loss by email or in person. If the item is found, we will be sure to contact you!
