BIG BEARS ULTRA

The signature event, BBU100+, spans 118 km with a challenging 6,300 m of elevation gain. This epic loop takes runners around the city, encompassing the stunning Malá Fatra mountains and the Súľov Rocks, part of the Strážovské vrchy range.

For those seeking a shorter yet equally demanding adventure, the BBU60+ offers a 62 km route with 3,500 m of elevation gain. Additionally, our new event, the BBU40, provides a 40 km course with 2,000 m of elevation, perfect for those looking for a shorter ultra-distance experience.

Rounding out the lineup is the BBU RELAY, a 4-member relay covering the full 118 km and 6,300 m of elevation, offering teams the chance to tackle this iconic route together
